Putting Ethics Before Profits
About Saleboards
One of the things we value most at SaleBoards is our integrity. We never accept any form of benefit from potential purchasers and we do not profit from other services, such as mortgage sales or referral payments from solicitors. Our main goal is to give the highest possible level of estate agency service at a fair and honest price.

The SaleBoards staff all share this vision for the company and have extensive skills and expertise that helps form our strong and extremely competent team...

Jonathan Newall: Prior to setting up SaleBoards, Jonathan was working as a chartered engineer in a leading automotive research consultancy.  It was his experience in buying and selling houses that inspired Jonathan to set up a truly different estate agency, where customers are always treated honestly and fairly.
Jonathan now heads up the company and is involved in all aspects of the agency.

Laura Newall: Laura left her teaching profession to set up SaleBoards with her husband Jonathan.  Whilst Laura’s main role in the business is the valuing of properties, she maintains regular communication with our vendors and is always on hand to discuss progress and offer advice.  She has also forged excellent links with the charity, Amigos and has recently returned from visiting some of their projects in Uganda.

John Raynor: John joined the company as the administrator having spent 7 years as an administrator for the NHS, first on a part-time and then on a full-time basis. He brings his wealth of experience to Saleboards to keep everything running smoothly, organising the office (and those in it!), as well as handling calls, processing sales, and conducting viewings to keep abreast of current developments in our properties.

Sophie Bennett: Sophie joined SaleBoards in 2010 as an administrator, but has progressed rapidly into her current role, which includes instructing new properties, writing the sales particulars, photographing the properties and conducting viewings.

Tom Simpson: Tom joined the Saleboards sales team in September 2011 after completing a degree and working as a volunteer for a year. His primary role is dealing with viewings and negotiating sales, though he is also involved in some of the marketing for the properties.

Kate Boddington: With a decade of experience as a property lawyer, Kate now works part-time for SaleBoards as a sales negotiator after taking time out to raise a family.  She regularly calls upon her vast experience, working closely with solicitors to ensure that the sales process progresses smoothly.
