"After regularly using estate agents to sell my own properties, I realised that many agents simply don’t deliver. When we set up SaleBoards, we aimed to not only offer a trustworthy service, but also to offer the highest standards and support to all our clients, to ensure they achieve the best offer when selling their home."

Better Advice
Whether you are buying or selling, it is
important that you are well informed.
At
SaleBoards, our negotiators are highly trained
in advising both buyers and sellers, and will
always be happy to share their knowledge
with clients. Our extensive experience of the
local housing market and the areas around
Exeter, mean that we are able to offer
straightforward, honest advice to our clients.
We also pride ourselves in our knowledge of
the local letting market and have gained a
good knowledge of local rules and regulations
regarding multiple occupancy houses and
investment properties. |
Honest Valuation
Whilst the obvious reason for giving a
valuation is to decide on the best
marketing price for your property,
SaleBoards will use this appointment to
talk you through how we have arrived at
our suggested marketing price and guide
you through the whole process.
In keeping with the ethos of our business,
SaleBoards never use ‘hard sell’ techniques to force vendors to sign our
agency agreements and never offer
incentives to sign there and then.
We
always leave a copy of the agency
agreement with potential customers at
every valuation and prefer our customers
to check they are happy with our terms,
which are intended to be as fair as
possible before signing. |
Comprehensive Marketing
At SaleBoards, we make sure that we put your property in front of as many potential purchasers as possible.
Properties are regularly advertised in the local press and on many internet property websites.
We don’t just wait for potential purchasers to come to us, but use specialist software to automatically email or mail property particulars to anybody on our books who might be interested.
With 3D floorplans and multi-shot virtual tours included in our marketing packages, we ensure that potential purchasers are able to gain as much information as possible prior to conducting a viewing. |

More Online Marketing
As well as our own state of the art website, SaleBoards post their properties on virtually every property website, including Radar Homes, PropertyFinder, Zoopla, Primelocation.
Free upgrades to Rightmove Premium Listings (RRP £125) are offered free of charge, subject to availability. |
Professionalism and Integrity
It is the aim at SaleBoards to offer an
alternative service to that of the
stereotypical estate agent. Whilst all our
staff are highly trained, we strive to offer
the best service possible to everyone we
deal with.
Our mission is to act with complete
integrity and never mislead a client in any
way whatsoever. |
High Quality Photography
Good photographs are key to
generating the right level of interest
in a property. At SaleBoards, we take
photography very seriously and if we
are unable to get photographs to our
high standards when we initially visit
the property, we will return, several
times, if necessary until we are happy
with the shots.
For premium property, we are able to
offer high aspect photography using a
52’ telescopic mast and multi-shot
virtual tours. |

Professionally Printed Brochures
Whilst professionally printed brochures are often only used for executive properties, the presentation of your property is so important to us that we always insist on using professionally printed brochures, which are included free of charge as part of our packages.
For Premium Selection properties, six page landscape brochures are prepared. |
Supporting Amigos in Africa
With every sale, SaleBoards make a donation of £200 to Amigos to support them in their work with some of Africa's most destitute young people. |
Fairer Terms
Estate agency contracts are often
confusing to potential vendors. Our
agency agreement is set out in simple
terms, which are designed to be as
fair as possible.
We always operate on a ‘no sale, no
fee’ basis and do not use the ‘Sole
Selling Rights’ clause. We also believe
that long tie-in periods can lead to
bad practises and are unnecessary if
an agency is doing a good job.
(If you
wish to leave SaleBoards, we just ask
for a week’s notice to allow the
current adverts to run.) |
